Grade B - Empty - Great Condition - Shows some slight rust and wear. May have some residue of cleaner in can. 
Grade C - Empty - Good Condition - Shows rust and corrosion. Paint on can will have scrapes, scratches, and small sections that have worn off. May have small dents. May have some residue of cleaner in can. 
Grade D - Empty - Poor Condition - Somes rust, corrosion, and discoloration. Paint will have sections that have be wore off. Dings and dents. May have some residue of cleaner in can.
